Apple Cider Vinegar is a type of vinegar made by the fermentation of apple juice. During this process, sugar in the apple cider is broken down by bacteria and yeast into alcohol (cider) and then into vinegar. Apple cider vinegar is a highly nutritious vinegar containing acetic acid, pectin, trace minerals, potassium, beneficial bacteria and enzymes. Acetic acid is the main component in apple cider vinegar that exerts its many beneficial effects.
Melrose Apple Cider Vinegar (Double Strength) is a versatile product that can be taken before meals, added to salads or used as a natural preservative to pickle food. It can also be used externally for healthy hair and skin.
Serving Suggestion: 15ml (one to two teaspoons)
