WHAT IS IT FOR?

Arnica is traditionally used in homeopathic medicine for the symptomatic relief of soft tissue trauma, including bruising, swelling and strains, symptomatic relief of sprains and relief of sore, aching muscles. Thus it may be particularly useful for the relief of muscular pain caused by over-exertion, heavy work or sporting activities

DOSAGE

Cream – Adults and children: Apply to the affected area every 4 hours.
For external use on unbroken skin only. If sensitivity develops, discontinue use.
