Helpful hints

Bed rest, light meals and plenty of clear fluids will help you to recover.
Vitamin C and zinc may help reduce the length and severity of your symptoms if you don't get enough vitamins and minerals through your normal diet.
Try a steam inhalation with a few drops of eucalyptus or tea tree oil added.

Dosage practitioner., sprays or 2 tablets. Children 6 - 12 years: 2 sprays or 1 tablet. Initially, spray under the tongue or dissolve tablet under the tongue every half hour for up to 4 doses. Thereafter, 4 hourly until symptoms abate. Use only as directed. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.

Each glucose tablet is medicated with 278 μg of each of: Aconitum napellus 3C, Allium cepa 2C, Arsenicum album 6C, Euphrasia officinalis 4C, Hepar sulfuris 6C, Kali bichromicum 3C, Natrum muriaticum 3C, Nux vomica 5C, Pulsatilla 3X.
