WHAT IS IT FOR?
A topical spray containing Arnica plus essential oils traditionally used for the relief of muscular aches and pains, symptomatic relief of sprains, strains, bruises and the temporary relief of arthritic or rheumatic pain.
DOSAGE
Shake well before use. Apply liberally on affected and surrounding areas 4-6 times daily as needed. Lightly rub in and re-apply if needed, reducing to once or twice a day as the condition improves. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

Each gram contains Arnica montana extract equiv. dry flower 55 mg,
Rosemary Oil 55 mg,
Peppermint Oil 50 mg,
Eucalyptus Oil 20 mg. Also contains Ethanol.

External Use Only. Use only on unbroken skin - avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply on sensitive areas or irritated skin. If sensitivity develops, discontinue use.
