Step 1: Gently exfoliate the skin with Birch Body Scrub. Massage with circular motions to the body with a loofah or hands and rinse thoroughly.

Step 2: Apply a small amount of Birch Cellulite Oil to damp skin. Oil should be massaged into the skin with circular movements, at least twice a day. For ongoing maintenance, continue with the daily application of this body oil.

Step 3: Cleanse and purify with the Organic Birch Juice. Dilute a tablespoonful in water or tea 2-3 times daily.
