INDICATIONS FOR USE

• Assists in the treatment of fluid retention.

• Herbs traditionally used for the female reproductive system to assist in the reduction of spasm and aiding menstruation.

DOSAGE Take two capsules with a meal three times daily. It is recommended this product be taken 7-10 days before menstruation and until PMS symptoms subside.

CAUTIONS If fluid retention or symptoms persist, seek medical advice. In very rare cases Black cohosh has been associated with liver failure. If you are experiencing yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain and/or loss of appetite, you should stop using this product and see your doctor.
