GF Oats is sourced from Gluten Free Oats in the USA and imported by GK Gluten FreeFoods Pty Ltd.
These oats are unique because they have NO contamination from the Gluten found in wheat, rye and barley to <3ppm.
They are unable to labelled gluten free in Australia due to labelling law restrictions however they can claim they are "Low Gluten."
These are the ONLY oats on the Australian market that are tested for gluten contamination and display these results on their packaging for each batch number.
The growers are highly vigilant in the processing of this product to ensure the purity of the product as they themselves are a family of Coeliacs. The crops are inspected at least 10 times between planting and harvesting to ensure crop purity.
All processing in the USA and Australia is conducted in a Gluten Free Facility.
