Melrose Organic Wheatgerm Oil is an expeller pressed oil, which is extremely rare as most Wheatgerm oils are solvent extracted. This gives our oil a superior taste. This oil is one of the richest sources of Vitamin E. add it to homemade salad dressings or drizzle on top of pasta or vegetables. Wheatgerm Oil can be added to other vegetable oils in order to increase or add antioxidant properties to them. Do not heat Wheatgerm Oil, its valuable qualities break down in high heat.
