The main fields of application are Physical, mental and emotional exhaustion Fatigue Depression Insomnia from worry or an overactive mind Weakness of muscles after acute diseases or overstrain Tablets should be allowed to dissolve slowly in the mouth. If necessary, tablets can be dissolved in a little bit of water. An interval of at least 30 min. to meals should be kept. The usual dosage is 1 tablet 1 – 3 times a day or as directed.
