Vitamin C and zinc may help reduce the length and severity of your symptoms if you don't get enough vitamins and minerals through your normal diet.
A steam inhalation with a few drops of eucalyptus or tea tree oil added may help to relieve sinus congestion. You can repeat this every couple of hours throughout the day.

Dosage

Nasal Spray - Adults only: 1 spray healthcare practitioner., every half hour for 4 hours. Thereafter, 4 hourly until symptoms abate. Tablets - Adults: 2 tablets, Children 6 to 12 years: 1 tablet. Initially, dissolve under the tongue every half hour for 4 doses. Thereafter, 4 hourly until symptoms abate. Use only as directed. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.
