Try to work out what you are allergic to and then minimise your exposure to these things.
Add eucalyptus oil when washing bed clothes to help destroy dust mites.
Try and stay indoors when pollen counts are high. Avoid gardens and parks that have a lot of pollen.
Many pets cause allergies. Unfortunately, just putting them outside at night won't reduce your exposure to the sheddings they leave around the house. If your allergies are severe, you may want to consider pet fish or a pet turtle instead of cats, dogs symptoms abate.,

Dosage
Nasal Spray: Adults only: 1 spray into each nostil. Initially, use every half hour for 4 doses. Thereafter, 4 hourly until symptoms abate.
